This might be the real recipe from in the books because i’ts very slightly alcohlic, like in the books, and it has the right color. I should try this.

because the butter beer in the movie is just a prop, it doesn’t even contain beer at all… so its bound to be a different color. the color of this doesn’t look very nice so in the movie they made it look a lot better.
