Wouldn’t this more of a horizontal? Or were you doing different years of Angel’s Share? I got to preview the brandy version at Barrel Night but I was pretty hammered by the time I drank it. I picked up a bottle of the brandy version last time I was at the brewery. Doing this tasting is a great way to review this beer. Tomme wants to eventually expand Angel’s share into two more types of barrels.
I also now own a brandy barrel they used to produce the latest batch.
