  1. Hi, the secondary fermentation must be very slow if the first fermentation
    had slowed down to two minuets between bubbles, is it just like that or is
    anything added to activate it again?

  2. If you are filtering this, then it’s no longer hefeweizen, it’s
    kristallweizen. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Btw thanks for postings
